As of May 1, 2009 the VA will be accepting applications for the Post 9/11 GI Bill. For those of us who have used up all the entitlements of the Montgomery GI Bill there is still hope. If you qualify, veterans who used all of the MGIB entitlements can still receive up to 12 months of entitlements from the new bill. HOORAH!
